BOOKING POLICY
We require 100% payment upfront for any booking with an arrival date 30 days or less from the booking date.
Bookings with arrival dates of 31+ days from the booking date, we require a 50% securing deposit. The balance will be payable 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to making any bookings.
OTHER
No music is permitted onsite under any circumstances whatsoever.
We do not allow any noise after 18h00.
No alcohol is permitted to be brought on site. Any alcohol brought onto our property will be subject to a corkage fee, determined by the quanity and type.
Strictly no pets are allowed due to our location to a wildlife reserve.
All of our rooms, tents, log cabins, Gecko Lapa and the Gecko Bar are strictly NO SMOKING / NO VAPING / NO E-CIGARETTES. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas only. We charge a cleaning fee from R3500.00 per unit, unreservedly.
We accept Cash, Visa and Mastercards only.
We are unable to cater for Halaal dietary requirements. Please contact our reservations department should you have any dietary requirements 48 hours prior to your intended arrival. Any dietary requirement requested on arrival or thereafter will be subject to availability.
DISCLAIMER
All persons entering Sabie River Bush Lodge, using any of our amenities or facilities on the premises, including safaris, transfers and other activites, do so entirely at their own risk.
Sabie River Bush Lodge is private property and the owner/s and management reserve the right to refuse admission or entry to any person.
Sabie River Bush Lodge, their owner/s, directors, management, employees, agents, or representaives do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury and/or death of any person/s or the loss of, destruction of or damage to any property, whether arising from fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever and by whomever caused or arising from the negligence of the Lodge, its owner/s, directors, management, employees, agents or representatives.
