Cancellation Policy
ACCOMMODATION
In the event of a premature departure, for whatever reason, we will charge for the full rate of the original booking (including any safaris, transfers and other activities).
No show: 100% of the total booking rate.
0 – 60 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the booking rate.
61 – 90 days prior to arrival date: 100% of deposit paid at time of cancellation or 25% of the entire booking rate (which ever is greater).
91 – 120 days prior to arrival date: 50% of deposit paid at the time of cancellation or 15% of the entire booking rate (which ever is greater).
121+ days: Refund of monies paid to date, less any and all admin charges (confirmed prior to refunding).
All refunds will be processed within 7 – 14 working days after departure / date of cancellation.
Any and all charges (administrative or otherwise) incurred by the Lodge for the processing of a refund will be deducted from the guest/s refund.
SAFARIS, TRANSFERS & OTHER ACTIVITIES
In the event of the guest/s cancelling any or all of their booked safaris, transfers and other activities due to a premature departure or otherwise: 100% of the total booking rate for any and all safaris, transfers and other activities.
Cancellation due to having seen enough wildlife: 100% of the total booking rate for any and all booked safaris.
Weather cancellation: all safaris (except for the Sunset Safari), transfers and other activities are still conducted in rainy weather. No refunds will be done for cancellations by the guest/s for any weather conditions, whatsoever. Should the Sunset Safari be cancelled due to weather, the guest/s will be entitled to a *full refund of monies paid for that specified safari only.
All refunds will be processed within 7 – 14 working days after departure / date of cancellation.
*Any and all charges (administrative or otherwise) incurred by the Lodge for processing a refund will be deducted from the guest/s refund.
